Fantastic sailing trip in Edinburgh

March 12, 2014 at 8:05 PM

What a great day it was! Inspired Capital is a fantastic vessel, very comfortable with plenty of space. Lots to do and lots to see on the cruise today, Colin's knowledge about the area is great and he took us to Inchcolm Island and Aberdour, all in the Firth of Forth, where we saw seals on the way there.

The feelings of peace, amazement, fun and enjoyment certainly dominated the day. The sky was blue, the sea was calm and the seals kept us company. Inchcolm island was great and the 12th century abbey was certainly worth seeing. The abbey's well preserved medieval walls, a rich wildlife and lovely sandy beaches were some of the highlights on the island. Difficult to ask for more.
