Loire wines and cheese
April 03, 2012 at 8:34 PM
Definitely one not to miss, there will be a talk (in French) at the French Institute in Scotland in Edinburgh on Friday 27 April at 6pm. On the menu, so to speak, different wines from different vineyards, how to understand what aromas and flavours are and which wine goes with which cheese. Even better, you'll be able to try for yourself (must be aged 18 or over).
Once again early booking is highly recommended (deadline is 25 April) at accueil@ifecosse.org.uk or by phone on 0131 225 53 66.
So if you want to do something useful that evening, meet people, learn about French national treasures i.e. cheese and wines do come and join us at the French Institute in Scotland at 13 Randolph Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 7TT.
Entry is £22 for non members and £20 for members.
