New free number for NHS 24

Since 29th April 2014 people across Scotland are  able to call NHS 24 using the NEW free telephone number 111. Calling NHS 24 on the new number gives them access to the help and advice they need when it can’t wait until their GP surgery reopens. NHS 24 is a service for Scotland only. 

Take particular note of the fact that you will need to change any content within your own communications, including your website, that references the old 08454 24 24 24 telephone number, and replace it with 111.
